The client chose to target the senior demographic by providing this one hundred 100 unit age-restricted multifamily community. The design creates a three hundred (300) Unit rental community with both surface parking and attached garages. The heart of the community is a ten thousand (10,000) square foot leasing, fitness and clubhouse center for the community connected both visually and physically to the outdoor pool and recreation area.

The transitional design provides one hundred fifty (150) units in five (5) buildings on a five acre site. The design will be developed in two phases. A stand-alone leasing / clubhouse with fitness and a pool will be provided in Phase II.
