This new multifamily housing project solves a unique challenge for military servicemen, officers, and their families who serve at a Shepherd Air Force Base. The plan offers an open plan concept for the living areas, a suite of bedrooms on floor two and a private master suite on floor three. All three floors have access to the exterior either through the porch or balcony. The new development provides modern “missing middle” housing solutions with a “Craftsman” architectural style that is scaled to and complements the nearby single family neighborhoods.
