- Fitting in a master planned mixed-use development outside Nashville, Providence Central Town Center consists of 309 units to support adjacent office uses. Ground floor retail & a parking garage further complement the apartments & overall master plan. Ranging from a two-story clubhouse, two courtyards, & an elevated amenity deck, numerous amenity spaces contribute to the live-work-play community.
- This 170-unit mixed income community with both affordable and market rate units serves the Denton workforce who work in critical sectors for the region. The complex will include a courtyard for a pool and expansive deck and yard, a club house with lounge and fitness center, dog park and other modern community amenities.
- Our client used LIHTC financing to provide affordable housing in Plano, TX. The client chose to target the senior demographic by providing this one hundred 100 unit age-restricted multifamily community. The design includes an expansive courtyard with picnic gazebo, dog park, pool, and deck connected to the clubhouse/ fitness room / leasing office.
- The Enclave is being developed as the residential component of a master planned community development just north of Nashville, TN in Mt Juliet. The design creates a three hundred (300) Unit rental community with both surface parking and attached garages. The heart of the community is a ten thousand (10,000) square foot leasing, fitness and clubhouse center for the community connected both visually and physically to the outdoor pool and recreation area.
