- Jefferson Baker Boulevard Community in Haltom City gives real meaning to the "garden" in garden style. The project has extensive areas of landscaping and two dog parks for its three-hundred-plus residents. The site design also offers three options for residents to protect their cars, tuck-under direct access garages, carports, and surface parking. In addition to the site amenities, the design has a large pool and activity deck adjacent to the clubhouse / leasing center. And another community lounge in one of the other two buildings. Every unit will have access to the outside, either through patios or balconies. The buildings are designed in a Texas transitional style. The buildings sit on a masonry base with board and batten siding above. The entire building is sheltered under a pitched roof accented by gables.
- Located in a dense neighborhood north of Love Field in Dallas, TX, Bluffview provides seventy (70) units with a mix of covered podiums & surface parking within 1.2 acres. Also included are amenity spaces ranging from a roof deck to indoor-outdoor fitness to micro-offices catering to a variety of resident needs. Utilizing Dallas’ “Mixed-Income Housing Development Bonus” program allowed the project to achieve greater density & building height than the base zoning by setting aside some units for lower income levels – a win-win for the developer & community.
- This three building one hundred twelve (112) unit urban design community is sited on a two and a half (2.5) acre site in the midst of a heavily built out neighborhood on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas.
- Our client recognized the opportunity to provide “missing middle” housing for a community in North Texas serving our military service men and their families. One of several housing types we have designed, these duplexes offer great layout and style. The open plan concept offers plenty of interactivity in the communal spaces on the first floor and privacy in the suite of bedrooms on the floors above. The design is inspired by the Texas Hill Country aesthetic with plenty of limestone and board and batten siding. Dramatic windows throughout will bring plenty of natural light to the interior.
