This exburban site is designed to provide work force housing for the residents of the city of Mabank. The transitional design provides one hundred fifty (150) units in five (5) buildings on a five acre site. The design will be developed in two phases. A stand-alone leasing / clubhouse with fitness and a pool will be provided in Phase II.
