Located in a dense neighborhood north of Love Field in Dallas, TX, Bluffview provides seventy (70) units with a mix of covered podiums & surface parking within 1.2 acres.  Also included are amenity spaces ranging from a roof deck to indoor-outdoor fitness to micro-offices catering to a variety of resident needs.  Utilizing Dallas’ “Mixed-Income Housing Development Bonus” program allowed the project to achieve greater density & building height than the base zoning by setting aside some units for lower income levels – a win-win for the developer & community.
