With that goal in mind, we are carefully assembling our team to serve as a true strategic partner to see your vision become a reality. We recently welcomed Bobby Finta to the Vision+Architecture Studio team as Vice President of Architecture. Bobby Finta
Bobby is a licensed architect registered in 17 states, and has a wealth of experience in multifamily residential, senior living, hospitality, and other project types. He will establish processes and production workflows at Vision+Architecture Studio. A natural problem solver, Bobby is the “boots on the ground” during the production and construction administration for each project, ensuring the building comes together as planned.
Bobby understands the construction process – early in his career, he framed houses while he was an architecture student at Texas Tech University – and likes seeing all the pieces of the puzzle fit together, and an idea come to fruition as a building. He is focused on creating and implementing the systems and processes that ensure consistency and accuracy in every step of the development, design and construction process. Leveraging his relationships, technical expertise, and streamlined systems, Bobby makes certain clients have a great experience throughout the design and construction process.
Though he will be overseeing the design, production and construction administration processes of multiple project types, Bobby’s passion is in residential architecture. “Anything that gives people a sense of home; I get such great fulfillment when I’ve been able to help create a place where someone lives and can call home.” One of his most recent projects was a purpose-built senior living facility that enabled the residents to age in place – from independent living to assisted living and even into memory care. During this project he enjoyed working with the client whose vision was to establish facilities that addressed multiple phases in the aging process and provide a sense of community.
Bobby notes that every project brings a unique set of circumstances and challenges, but all are manageable with the right processes and systems in place – and team of experts to address them. He is an essential member of the Vision+Architecture team of professional design consultants, fusing creativity with solid processes to cement our reputation for consistently designing and building successful projects.
